We took some great, mesh backed, distressed trucker hats and embroidered "MOM" on a patch, with the sports symbol/ball as the "o".

We do not make the hats, we just embroider and applique them with an assortment of fun patches. The hats have a snapback closure on the back.

The fit of the hat is mid-profile. It isn't super high on the head, but it is adjustable with the snapback. If you have a smaller head, and you want something lower profile, look at our "dad hats".
