Wholesale Policies
Gracie Designs loves to wholesale to shops and boutiques. If you are interested in wholesale, please include the following in your inquiry, through our contact us link: Your name, Store name, store address, and any links (website, Instagram, facebook, twitter, etc….)
Account: All sellers must have a valid resale permit and operate a brick and mortar storefront, mobile boutique, and/or active retail website in order to purchase our products at wholesale prices. We no longer sell our line to FB group only boutiques, buy-in groups, or to individuals that are not in the retail business. If you are looking for a discount for a large group or organization, a discount will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
Order Requirements: Opening orders and re-orders must meet our $99 minimum.
Changes or Add-On Orders: Any order changes must be made within 24 hours of placing the initial order. Otherwise, it will need to be a new order and meet the order minimum.
Pre Selling: Current, selling accounts are allowed to pre-sell our designs to their customers but please do so at your own risk. We are not responsible for your customer guarantees or promises. Please check with us on stock levels before pre-selling.
Zip Code Protection: We do not offer zip code or area protection.
Pictures: We welcome the use of our online photos to share our items. We ask that you do not use photos of our other customers, as they use their photos to build their brand.
Turnaround Time: Our current processing time is 1-2 weeks on most items. We will notify you if there are backorder issues with our suppliers.
Order Cancellations: Once we have started your order, there are no cancellations. If you are unhappy with your order, please contact us directly via email: shop@graciedesigns.com
Shipping: We currently ship via USPS Priority with package tracking, or FedEx, depending upon the order size.
Payment: We require up-front payment before starting production on your order, via our website. We will invoice you.
Returns: At this time, we do not accept returns, unless there is a problem with the product. Please inspect your order upon arrival and report any damaged items to us within 7 days of receipt of the order.
